Your Wappingers Wellness Committee is excited to introduce the first of what we hope will be many WFBPA Health & Wellness Expos! This inaugural Expo focuses on Mental Health & Resiliency in Our Community — helping individuals, families, and businesses build the tools and connections needed to navigate uncertain times with greater resilience and support.

We're inviting WFBPA members who provide health, wellness, mental health, fitness, nutrition, creative, professional, or community-based services to participate. Each participating member is encouraged to offer attendees a meaningful takeaway, such as:
