Sacred Sleep Yoga Nidra: Winter Solstice Rest & Renewal Experience

Friday, December 19th, 2025 | 7:30–8:30 PM EST

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with an evening of deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Join us for Sacred Sleep Yoga Nidra, a virtual live experience designed to help you slow down, release the weight of the year, and step into the returning light with clarity and calm. We’ll begin with light breathwork and gentle somatic movement to awaken the body and prepare the nervous system. Then you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation journey, themed around the magic and stillness of the Solstice. This practice is perfect for all levels, especially beginners. Even though this event will be live on Zoom, a recording will be provided to those who cannot attend live. ✨Sliding Scale: $12–$18 ** If you are experiencing significant hardship please let us know, we have limited grant funded spots available.

Adopt A Pot

We need volunteers and donations!

The Beautification Committee is continuing the Adopt a Pot program and expanding this year to grace the village with additional pots and beautify the Messier Homestead as we have done in the past.
