The Wappingers Falls Business & Professional Association (WFBPA) is proud to present the Business Bound Scholarship—a $500 award designed to support local high school students and young adults (ages 17–24) pursuing education in business, entrepreneurship, or the skilled trades.
This initiative is about more than money—it’s about building community and leaving a legacy.
Whether you're going to cosmetology school, studying auto tech, launching a brand, or attending business classes—this scholarship helps launch your goals.
💸 Here's How It Works:
🤝 Scholarship:
Each $500 collected = 1 scholarship awarded to a "Next Gen" business or trade leader in the making.
✅ Eligibility:
• High school juniors and seniors
• Young adults ages 17–24
• Enrolled (or planning to enroll) in business, entrepreneurship, or licensed trade programs
🎁 What Recipients Get:
• A $500 scholarship award
• Recognition at a local WFBPA event
• Mentorship opportunities with WFBPA business leaders
• Lifelong connection to a thriving professional network
📝 How to Apply:
• Submit a short essay or video telling us about your goals.
• Provide proof of enrollment or acceptance into a qualifying program.
