Our name and roots come from a beloved Chilean restaurant where founder Hector Lorca once worked. That restaurant, “Los Hornitos,” was renowned for its mud-and-brick ovens and authentic empanadas baked in full view of its patrons. When Monica and Hector realized their dream of launching a bakery-café of their own, that name and spirit felt like the perfect fit.
